Minimum age for renting a vehicle at Jumbo Car Costa Rica is 25 years old and at least 3 years of driving experience. However if you are younger you may still be able to rent a car.
- If you’re 18 years’ old or older with at least 1 year of driving experience, you can rent an Economy car if you sign up for Young Drivers’ Protection.
- If you’re 21 years’ old or older with at least 2 years of driving experience, you can rent any car you want (but the Full Size and Prestiges models) if you sign up for Young Drivers’ Protection.
Young Driver Protection price varies upon vehicle and rental duration.
